The calculated severity for CVEs has been updated to use CVSS v3 by default. CVEs that do not have a CVSS v3 score will fall back CVSS v2 for calculating severity. Severity display preferences can be toggled in the settings dropdown.
An issue was discovered in phpMyAdmin. An unauthenticated user can execute a denial of service attack when phpMyAdmin is running with $cfg['AllowArbitraryServer']=true. All 4.6.x versions (prior to 4.6.5), 4.4.x versions (prior to 188.8.131.52), and 4.0.x versions (prior to 184.108.40.206) are affected.
