The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability.

Description

The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability, as follows:

 - A blind SSRF vulnerability was identified in all versions of GitLab EE prior to 15.4.6, 15.5 prior to 15.5.5, and 15.6 prior to 15.6.1 which allows an attacker to connect to a local host. (CVE-2022-4335)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to GitLab version 15.4.6, 15.5.5, 15.6.1 or later.
