Description

There are packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability referenced in the following CVE:

 - In libxml2 before 2.15.4, xmlURIEscapeStr in uri.c has an integer overflow. (CVE-2026-86139)

Solution

Update the libxml2 library and its related packages to version 2.12.7+dfsg+really2.9.14-2.1+deb13u3 or later.
