Description

There are packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability referenced in the following CVE:

 - unicodedata.normalize() can take excessive CPU time when processing specially crafted Unicode input
 containing long runs of combining characters with alternating Canonical Combining Class values. This
 affects all normalization forms. (CVE-2026-3276)

Solution

Update the python3.13 library and its related packages to version 3.13.5-2+e36 or later.
