Description

There are packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability referenced in the following CVE:

 - Buffer overflow in some Intel(R) SSD Tools software before version mdadm-4.2-rc2 may allow a privileged
 user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. (CVE-2023-28736)

Solution

Update the sys-fs/mdadm library and its related packages to version 17872.0.0 or later.
