Description

There are packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability referenced in the following CVE:

 - An issue was discovered in the HDF HDF5 1.8.20 library. There is an out of bounds read in H5L_extern_query
 at H5Lexternal.c. (CVE-2018-16438)

Solution

Update the hdf5 library and its related packages to version 1.14.5+repack-1 or later.
