Echo: golang-1.24: security update to 1.24.0-rc.2

Description

There are packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability referenced in the following CVE:

 - Credentials provided via the new GOAUTH feature were not being properly segmented by domain, allowing a
 malicious server to request credentials they should not have access to. By default, unless otherwise set,
 this only affected credentials stored in the users .netrc file. (CVE-2024-45340)

Solution

Update the golang-1.24 library and its related packages to version 1.24.0-rc.2 or later.
