Alpine: multiple pgbouncer packages: security update to 1.25.1-r0

Description

There are packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability referenced in the following CVE:

 - Untrusted search path in auth_query connection handler in PgBouncer before 1.25.1 allows an
 unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary SQL during authentication via a malicious search_path
 parameter in the StartupMessage. (CVE-2025-12819)

Solution

Update the pgbouncer library and its related packages to version 1.25.1-r0 or later.
