1.4 SNMP Security - b) SNMP Security Protection Function

Information

Enable the SNMP security function to restrict the number of times of management address, prevent hackers from malicious attacks, and improve the security of ROSNG series products.

Solution

(a) Disable snmp-server version 1 and/or snmp-server version 2
 ZXR10 (config)#no snmp-server version v1
 ZXR10 (config)#no snmp-server version v2c

 (b) Enable security protection:

 ZXR10 (config)#snmp-server security block 200 15 100 when 10 60
