At the command line, run the following commands:# sed -i -e '/^net.ipv4.icmp_echo_ignore_broadcasts/d' /etc/sysctl.conf
# echo net.ipv4.icmp_echo_ignore_broadcasts=1>>/etc/sysctl.conf
# /sbin/sysctl --load
