As assignment of use of the DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE package can allow to access file permissions on operating system level.

Solution

To remediate this setting execute the following SQL statement. REVOKE EXECUTE ON DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE FROM PUBLIC;
