TPM v10.1.972.12 (Clients): This is a major release (v10.1.972.12) that consolidates critical features and performance fixes for both On-Premise and SaaS environments, resolving expanded architecture support for Linux ARM, broad compatibility with new Linux distributions such as Amazon Linux (AL2023), Fedora versions (42 and 43), OpenSUSE (15.6 and 16.0), and various SUSE Enterprise Linux variants, and high-speed patching for hardware BIOS and drivers. TPM v10.1.971.14 (Server): An issue was found in upgrade from 10.0.971 to 10.1.972.12. This issue arises if a customer created a Simple Patching Strategy, then used the DeploymentWaves object generated from creation of the Simple Patching Strategy in a separate Advanced Patching Strategy. 10.1.972 added validation to prevent usage of Simple Patching Strategy generated intent objects in Advanced Patching Strategy, but order of upgrade tasks was incorrect in 10.1.972.12. The ordering of upgrade tasks was fixed in 10.1.972.14. The Server Installer 10.1.972.14 (hotfix) resolves this issue.
