Synopsis

The remote web server contains an ASP.NET application that is affected by an information disclosure vulnerability.

Description

The version of DNN Platform (formerly DotNetNuke) running on the remote host is 6.2 or later but prior to 9.0.2. It is, therefore, affected by an unspecified flaw that allows an unauthenticated, remote attacker to disclose sensitive user profile property information.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to DNN Platform version 9.0.2 or later, or apply the DNNSecurityFix1 security patch.
