Solution :

All hostapd users should upgrade to the latest version:
# emerge --sync
# emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose '>=net-wireless/hostapd-2.5'
All wpa_supplicant users should upgrade to the latest version:
# emerge --sync
# emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose
'>=net-wireless/wpa_supplicant-2.5-r1'
