Synopsis

Description

The Cisco Prime Infrastructure application running on the remote host is affected by a remote code execution vulnerability due to improper sanitization of HTTP user-supplied input. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, via an HTTP POST request with crafted deserialized user data, to execute arbitrary code with root privileges.

Solution

Upgrade to Cisco Prime Infrastructure version 3.0.2 or later.
