The remote host is affected by a denial of service vulnerability.

Description

The remote Windows host is affected by a denial of service vulnerability in the Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) service due to improper handling of encryption negotiation. An authenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, via a malicious application, to cause the host to become unresponsive.

Solution

Microsoft has released a set of patches for Windows 8, 2012, 8.1, and 2012 R2
