Synopsis :

The remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description :

The remote Windows host is missing a security update. It is,
therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities in Windows Journal :

- Multiple remote code execution vulnerabilities exist in
Windows Journal due to improper handling of specially
crafted Journal (.jnt) files. A remote, unauthenticated
attacker can exploit these by convincing a user to open
a malicious Journal file, resulting in the execution of
arbitrary code in the context of the current user.
(CVE-2015-2513, CVE-2015-2514, CVE-2015-2519,
CVE-2015-2530)

- A denial of service vulnerability exists in Windows
Journal due to improper handling of specially crafted
Journal (.jnt) files. A remote, unauthenticated attacker
can exploit this by convincing a user to open a
malicious Journal file, resulting in a loss of data.
(CVE-2015-2516)
