Fedora 7 : jasper-1.900.1-2.fc7 (2007-0005)

This script is Copyright (C) 2012-2015 Tenable Network Security, Inc.

Synopsis :

The remote Fedora host is missing a security update.

Description :

This update addresses an issue where the jpc_qcx_getcompparms function
in jpc/jpc_cs.c could allow remote user-assisted attackers to cause a
denial of service (crash) and possibly corrupt the heap via malformed
image files.

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding
description block directly from the Fedora security advisory. Tenable
has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible
without introducing additional issues.
