Fedora 14 : perl-Mail-Box-2.097-1.fc14 (2011-2541)

medium Nessus Plugin ID 52625

Synopsis

The remote Fedora host is missing a security update.

Description

Update perl-Mail-Box to 2.097. No longer require spamassassin. 2.097 now randomizes boundary string to avoid (undemonstrated) security risks with boundary guessing.

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding description block directly from the Fedora security advisory. Tenable has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible without introducing additional issues.

Solution

Update the affected perl-Mail-Box package.
