Synopsis

The remote openSUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

Specially crafted cover art tags in vorbis files could trigger a heap overflow in the base64 decoder. Attackers could potentially exploit that to execute arbitrary code (CVE-2009-0586).

Solution

Update the affected gstreamer-0_10-plugins-base packages.
