Fedora 9 : libpng10-1.0.41-1.fc9 (2008-9379)

This script is Copyright (C) 2008-2015 Tenable Network Security, Inc.

Synopsis :

The remote Fedora host is missing a security update.

Description :

This update includes an upstream fix for a memory leak within the
'png_handle_tEXt()' function in pngrutil.c, which can be exploited by
malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) via a specially
crafted PNG image.

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding
description block directly from the Fedora security advisory. Tenable
has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible
without introducing additional issues.
