The remote Fedora Core host is missing a security update.
Heap-based buffer overflow in Splash.cc in poppler, allows attackers
to cause a denial of service and possibly execute arbitrary code via
crafted splash images that produce certain values that exceed the
width or height of the associated bitmap.
Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding
description block directly from the Fedora security advisory. Tenable
has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible
without introducing additional issues.
