Synopsis

The remote Mandrake Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

A heap-based buffer overflow was discovered in ClamAV versions prior to 0.88 which allows remote attackers to cause a crash and possibly execute arbitrary code via specially crafted UPX files.

This update provides ClamAV 0.88 which corrects this issue and also fixes some other bugs.

Update the affected packages.
