Solution

All Chromium users should upgrade to the latest version:
 # emerge --sync # emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose '>=www-client/chromium-63.0.3239.108' All Google Chrome users should upgrade to the latest version:
 # emerge --sync # emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose '>=www-client/google-chrome-63.0.3239.108'
