Description

The version of OTRS running on the remote host is 3.3.x prior to 3.3.18, 4.0.x prior to 4.0.25, 5.0.x prior to 5.0.23 or 6.0.x prior to 6.0.beta2. It is, therefore, affected by a remote code execution vulnerability.

Solution

Upgrade to OTRS version 3.3.18 / 4.0.25 / 5.0.23 / 6.0.beta2 or later.
