Synopsis

The remote Fedora host is missing a security update.

Description

This update fixes a Cisco Talos CVE :

'A specially crafted XLS file can cause a memory corruption resulting in remote code execution. An attacker can send malicious XLS file to trigger this vulnerability.'

Tenable has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible without introducing additional issues.

Solution

Update the affected freexl package.
