Synopsis :

The remote Ubuntu host is missing a security-related patch.

Description :

A vulnerability was discovered in GD Graphics Library (aka libgd), as
used in PHP that does not zero colorMap arrays before use. A specially
crafted GIF image could use the uninitialized tables to read bytes
from the top of the stack.

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding
description block directly from the Ubuntu security advisory. Tenable
has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible
without introducing additional issues.

Solution :

Update the affected libgd-tools package.
