Management Services Security - Configure SNMP using the most secure method with more than one trusted server

Information

Although SNMP is a very useful tool, earlier versions were inherently insecure because they used a simple community-based access control mechanism.

SNMPv3 increases security by using a user-based security model (USM) to authenticate and encrypt SNMP communications.

NOTE: SNMP does not appear to be configured.

Solution

If SNMP is not required, keep it not configured.
