1 Year Limited Warranty; Motherboard, CPU
and Hard Drive covered by TCD. All other components carry a
Manufacturer warranty and will be handled individually. Not
responsible for any loss of data because of malfunction, so
BACKUP!
When you purchase a TCD computer:
Delivery and Setup
is free within 19 miles of Bristol, PA. Distances of 20 miles
and over (not greater than 50 miles) will be charged a fee of
$50 for delivery and setup. For delivery over 50 miles shipping
charges will be incurred and you setup computer.
If you want
Programs and Data transferred from an old system to the new
system the charge is a flat $100.00
During the 1st
year after Setup you will receive FREE on site service
(parts and labor), for HARDWARE PROBLEMS! Software and
configuration problems are not covered and a Service Call will
be billed!
You will
receive a 1 Year Customer Contract worth $600. This
contract guarantees the following pricing for 12 months:
Rates will not go up for 1 year.
On Site
Service Call at $75.00/hr. Travel charged one way.
Normal on site
service is $125/hr. Travel charged both ways.
FREE Phone
Support for 1 year! Normally $1 PER MINUTE, minimum $15.
Free Upgrade
Policy as long as you own your TCD computer we will
upgrade any existing component free of labor charges when you
purchase the upgrade from TCD and bring your computer to our
facility. On site upgrades will be charged labor at the above
rate and travel one way with a flat 1 hr on site charge for any
one upgrade, ie; hard drive or memory or CPU. Motherboards and
Operating Systems will be charged the actual time required. .
Referral
Program.. If you refer someone and they purchase a system
you will receive $25.
Contract
Customers are guaranteed 48 hour response to a service call.
All
systems must be paid for before delivery.
Returns
allowed within 14 days, store credit only!!!
