Course Description

This instructor-led course covers the SecurityCenter architecture with respect to initial deployment and helps to prepare participants for a successful deployment. Participants will learn installation and configuration, best practices for scan zone use, best use of repositories, users and roles, scan policies, active scanning, analysis and reporting, and dashboards and alerting.

Audience

This course is intended for new customers and managers needing an overview of the product.

Prerequisites

Students should possess a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, operating systems security and common client/server applications.
