Synopsis :

The remote Ubuntu host is missing a security-related patch.

Description :

Paul McMillan discovered that the Sheepdog backend in OpenStack Glance
did not properly handle untrusted input. A remote authenticated
attacker exploit this to execute arbitrary commands as the glance
user.

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding

has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible
without introducing additional issues.

Solution :

Update the affected python-glance package.
