Description

The remote host has a version of KEPServerEX installed that is affected by a denial of service vulnerability. By sending a specially crafted DNP3 packet via an Ethernet or serial connection, it is possible to trigger an infinite loop condition on the server.

Solution

Upgrade KEPServerEX to version 5.12.140.0 or higher.
