Synopsis :

The remote Ubuntu host is missing one or more security-related
patches.

Description :

It was discovered that users in the lpadmin group could modify certain
CUPS configuration options to escalate privileges. An attacker could
use this to potentially gain root privileges.

without introducing additional issues.

Solution :

Update the affected cups and / or cupsys packages.
