Featured Guest Speaker: Tenable Network Security's CSO Marcus Ranum
Topic: Cyberwar in the Age of Total War
Since it appears that cyberspace is being militarized willy-nilly, it now becomes appropriate to discuss the moral implications of cyberwar. To wit: does international law say anything relevant - or do the lawyers? And what about our natural instinct to rank harm that is not physical as less significant than death or wounding? In this presentation, cyberwarfare will be presented in its context as an aspect of "total warfare."
